目的 观察氧自由基在帕金森病发病中的作用。方法 大鼠分为3组:帕金森病组、假手术组、对照组。帕金森病大鼠模型采用6羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)制作。采用生化、电镜方法观察铁离子、氧自由基浓度及黑质超微结构变化。结果 帕金森病组大鼠铁离子、氧自由基浓度及黑质损伤程度均高于对照组和假手术组。结论 氧自由基在帕金森病发病中起着重要作用。
Objective To observe the role of oxygen free radicals in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease. Methods The rats were divided into 3 groups: Parkinson’s disease group, sham operation group and control group. Parkinson’s disease rat model using 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) production. Biochemical and electron microscopic methods were used to observe the changes of iron ion, oxygen free radical concentration and ultrastructure of substantia nigra. Results The concentration of iron and oxygen free radicals and the degree of substantia nigra in Parkinson’s disease group were higher than those in control group and sham operation group. Conclusion Oxygen free radicals play an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease.
