社会的进步使得所有人的教育成为必要和可能 ,原本困难重重的有特殊需要者的教育在各国受到了越来越多的关注。特殊需要教育在其组织方式上经历着单独的组织到一体化的组织直至与“主流教育”融合成全纳教育的模式。全纳教育为有特殊需要者充分享受教育机会、促进社会融合提供了全新的实践方式。在全纳教育项目的实施中 ,遵循适当的原则、促进相关各方的合作是关乎其成败的关键因素
Social progress has made education for all people necessary and possible. The already difficult education for those with special needs has drawn increasing attention in various countries. The education of special needs undergoes a separate organization to an integrated organization in its organizational form until the mode of inclusive education is integrated with “mainstream education”. Inclusive education provides a completely new way of practice for those who have special needs to fully enjoy their educational opportunities and promote social integration. In the implementation of inclusive education programs, following appropriate principles and promoting cooperation between all parties involved are key factors in their success or failure
