Objective Increase therapeutic effective rat e of post-perineum malignant carcin oma and decrease side effects.Method Inject chemotherapy drugs such as 5-FU,DDP and /or IL-2into tumors at variant po ints induced by B-ultrasound.Result The general effective rate was 72.7%in 11patients,which is hig her than other therapies.Conclusion B-ultrasound interventional thera py is recommended in the treatment of post-peritoneum malig nant tumors.
