The status quo of Ningxia Ningdong Energy-Chemical Base was introduced first,and the ecological civilization and low-carbon economy of Ningxia Ningdong Energy-Chemical Base were analyzed. Problems in the exploitation of resources in Ningxia Ningdong Energy-Chemical Base,and major factors which restrain the development,were discussed. Countermeasures were put forward at last.
