In August 1995, Nanjing Bus Factory, a medium-sized enterprise with an area of 71,000 square meters and more than 1300 employees, sold only 4 CMB vehicles and had a marketing income of less than 300,000. Now that there are no loans and no hope of survival, how much the factory hopes to have a large and meager economy, companies such as “Nanqi” will merge them. However, in this state of affairs, who would willingly bear this big bag of selflessness? However, Nanjing Bus Factory once had an opportunity to be merged, but due to various reasons, the most important reason is that the concept of employees has not changed, resulting in hope. The merger was forced to “strand.” So far, this turmoil in the annexation has not yet subsided and has become a subject of discussion.
