市民终身学习服务基地作为西城区创建学习型城市工作示范区六大重点示范项目之一,承担着为区域市民提供方便、快捷、务实的学习服务的重要任务。在市民终身学习服务基地建设过程中,西城区充分发挥区域内教育、科技、文化等单位在创建中的重要作用,通过积极有效的管理和指导,区域内的多元化教育资源得到了有效利用,具有品牌特色和深受市民好评的学习基地不断涌现,市民的学习需求和文化需求在满足的程度和层次方面都得到了极大的提升。
