在综合了国内外大量关于加速度场对固体推进剂燃烧过程影响文献的基础上,分析了多种底排装药的燃速受高速旋转影响的试验结果;通过理论研究提出了《火焰压迫》模型,并建立了它的数学表达式和计算程序。最后,以AP/HTPB推进剂为例进行了数值计算,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。该模型的数学表达式中不含修正系数,具有通用性。它对底排装置的内外弹道设计、计算和试验结果的分析具有重要参考价值。
Based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literatures on the influence of acceleration field on the combustion process of solid propellants, the experimental results on the influence of high-speed rotation on the combustion velocities of a variety of bottom-line chargers were analyzed. The flame compression model , And established its mathematical expressions and calculation procedures. Finally, taking AP / HTPB propellant as an example, numerical calculation is carried out. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The mathematical expression of the model does not contain correction coefficient, has versatility. It has an important reference value for the design of internal and external trajectory of bottom row device, calculation and analysis of test results.
