目的调查荆州市放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率的水平及不同工种放射工作人员之间的差异以及不同医院,其微核率、微核阳性率之间的差异。方法毛细玻璃管分离法。结果不同工种放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核阳性率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各种不同级别的医院之间,其微核率与微核阳性率均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强对放射工作人员健康监护,改善工作条件,淘汰老旧设备,确保放射工作人员的职业安全。
Objective To investigate the differences of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate among radiation workers in Jingzhou and the differences among radiation workers of different types of workers and the differences in the rates of micronuclei and micronuclei in different hospitals. Results There was significant difference in the positive rates of micronuclei among peripheral blood lymphocytes in different types of radiological workers (P <0.01).
