心理学研究发现,道德行为从发动、进行到终结,都受诸如心灵基本结构、主导情绪、心理发展模式、人的理性阐释能力等复杂心理活动的制约。因此,要想有效地激发大学生的道德主体性,可以采用社会交换理论、道德层次理论、道德判断双加工理论、社会认知理论、移情理论、曝光效应等相关理论和研究成果,针对大学生道德动机、道德内容、道德决策、道德意志、道德情感、道德监督提出相应的策略和方案,为大学生的道德行为提供合理的解释和心理支撑,激发其自觉践行公民道德规范的积极性和主动性。
Psychological studies have found that moral behavior from the start to the end, are subject to such complex psychological activities as the basic structure of the soul, the dominant mood, the psychological development model, the ability of rational interpretation of the human body. Therefore, in order to effectively stimulate the moral subjectivity of college students, we can use the theories and research results of social exchange theory, moral hierarchy theory, moral judgment dual-processing theory, social cognition theory, empathy theory, exposure effect and so on, Motivation, moral content, moral decision - making, moral will, moral emotion and moral supervision, and provide reasonable explanations and psychological support for college students’ ethical behavior and arouse their enthusiasm and initiative in practicing the citizen moral code consciously.
