在党的十五大政治报告和党章中,“邓小平理论”这个概念被作为科学范畴而非“邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论”的缩略语正式使用了,并以之作为马列主义、毛泽东思想发展的一个新阶段和党的指导思想。这是党的思想建设和理论建设的一个里程碑,也是马克思主义发展史上具有重要历史意义和伟大现实意义的一件大事。但是,很少有人知道、在理论界第一个提出、并从马克思主义发展新阶段、里程碑意义上论证“邓小平理论”科学概念的,是大西北腹地的甘肃政法学院教授吉彦波同志。最近,笔者就“邓小平理论”科学概念的提出过程等问题,专访了吉教授。 吉教授是山西芮城人,山西大学哲学系1982年1月毕业,1985年应聘来到酒泉教育学院任教;1997年5月才从河西调入甘肃政法学院。吉教
