利用不同湿化学法制备了具有丰富微观形貌的纳米ZnO,研究了不同制备条件对ZnO形貌的影响,结果表明反应体系过饱和度及压力对所得材料的微观形貌均有较大的影响;系统测试了基于不同微观形貌ZnO气敏元件对丙酮和乙醇气体的敏感性能,结果显示基于棒状连排微观形貌ZnO的气敏元件,其性能最佳。
The nano-ZnO with rich micro-morphology was prepared by different wet chemical methods. The influence of different preparation conditions on the morphology of ZnO was studied. The results show that the supersaturation and pressure of the reaction system have a great influence on the micro-morphology of the obtained material The sensitivities of ZnO gas sensors with different microstructures to acetone and ethanol gas were systematically tested. The results showed that the gas sensors based on ZnO with rod-like morphology were the best.
