在高中英语课程中,英美文学作品属于被忽略的教学资源。2003年的《普通高中英语课程标准》规定,普通高中毕业生能在教师的帮助下欣赏浅显的文学作品,课外阅读量要达到30万词以上。从新课标的规定来看,文学阅读属于英语教学中的自选动作,定位于浅显的阅读欣赏。在教学实践中,文学阅读往往要让其他教学方式,在英语课堂中显得可有可无,直至流于形式。笔者认为,文学阅读是语言学习的一个重要组成部分。要让文学阅读在
In high school English courses, English and American literary works are neglected teaching resources. The 2003 “General Senior High School English Curriculum Standard” stipulates that ordinary high school graduates can enjoy superficial literary works with the help of teachers, and the amount of extra-curricular readings should reach over 300,000 words. According to the provisions of the new curriculum standard, literature reading belongs to the optional action in English teaching and is located in the shallow reading appreciation. In teaching practice, literary reading tends to make other teaching methods optional in the English classroom until it is formalized.
