近两年来,我校发起了“两纲”背景下的“班队特色活动”的实施方案,以各班队的特色活动为着眼点,建构特色管理模式,焕发班队活力,落实学生的思想道德建设,为学校德育全面发展搭建丰富的平台。1、营造特色环境创建一个主题鲜明富有特色的班级环境是班级特色文化建设最基本的内容,彰显了班级的个性和师生的内在精神。因此,要充分利用好每一个空间,精心布置,努力体现自己班的主题,并使其既温馨舒适,又催人奋进。
