用快速凝固法将代银钎料Cu-Sn-Ag-In合金制备成薄带,透射电镜分析结果表明薄带组织为晶态。扫描电镜分析结果显示薄带显微组织由银或富银的面心立方固溶体α相和脆性相组成。薄带的韧性主要取决于脆性相的相对含量,如果脆性相的相对含量高,薄带就较脆,反之如果脆性相的相对含量低,薄带就较韧。薄带中脆性相的相对含量与金属液冷却速度有关。如果金属液冷却速度快,凝固迅速,制成的薄带中脆性相来不及充分析出,薄带就表现为较韧;反之,如果金属液冷却速度小,凝固慢,就会造成薄带中脆性相充分析出,这样制成的薄带就较脆。
The Cu-Sn-Ag-In alloy with silver solder was prepared into a thin strip by rapid solidification. The results of transmission electron microscopy showed that the microstructure of the ribbon was crystalline. The toughness of a ribbon depends mainly on the relative content of the brittle phase, which is brittle if the relative content of brittle phase is high, whereas the ribbon is tougher if the relative content of brittle phase is lower. The relative content of the brittle phase in the ribbon is related to the cooling rate of the molten metal.
