《中国电力与能源》一书充分体现了国家电网人对中国能源事业发展的强烈责任感和使命感,国家电网公司总经理刘振亚将理论与我国能源发展实践相结合,系统阐述了解决中国能源问题的基本思路和转变能源发展方式的战略途径,提出了坚持在全国范围内优化配置能源资源,是我国能源战略转型的必然要求。对能源资源优势明显的宁夏而言,前瞻性与实践性兼备,指导性和操作性皆强,为推进宁夏的能源转化战略提供了科学有效的路径。
