称谓语作为语言交际中不可或缺的组成部分。称谓反映出交际双方的社会属性,价值观念。并与人们的政治,文化背景,民族特性,伦理道德等密切相关。英汉称谓因其背后文化的不同而存在很大的差异。因此,只有了解了英汉文化背景,掌握好英汉称谓的差异,才能更好地促进英汉跨文化的交际。
Addressing as an integral part of language communication. Appellation reflects the social attributes of both parties, values. And is closely related to people’s political and cultural background, ethnic characteristics and ethics. English and Chinese appellations because of their different cultures and there is a big difference. Therefore, only by understanding the cultural backgrounds of English and Chinese and mastering the differences between English and Chinese appellations can we better promote the cross-cultural communication between English and Chinese.
