目的查明连续4起肉毒梭菌食物中毒的原因,为今后类似突发公共卫生事件的预防控制提供有力的措施保障。方法根据实验室检验标准和食物中毒诊断标准进行分析。结果经过实验室检测,乌鲁木齐市在2009~2011年发生的4起肉毒梭菌食物中毒均为A型肉毒毒素引起。结论肉毒梭菌食物中毒虽病情凶险,但是可以预防,通过加强健康教育,提高广大群众的食品卫生知识水平,可有效地预防肉毒梭菌食物中毒的发生。
Objective To identify four consecutive causes of Clostridium botulinum food poisoning and provide effective measures for future prevention and control of public health emergencies. Methods According to the laboratory test standards and food poisoning diagnostic criteria for analysis. Results After laboratory tests, four Botulinum toxin food poisoning occurred in Urumqi from 2009 to 2011 were all caused by botulinum toxin type A. Conclusion Although Clostridium botulinum food poisoning is dangerous, it can be prevented. By strengthening health education and improving the food hygiene knowledge of the general public, it is effective in preventing food poisoning caused by Clostridium botulinum.
