在Si—Mo棒高温炉和3t/h冲天炉中进行了铁氧化物压块冶金特性及其对冲天炉熔炼工艺和铁水质量影响的试验研究.结果表明,用铁精矿粉、氧化铁皮或铁屑为骨料添加还原剂制成压块代替废钢和部分铁料在热力学上可能、动力学上可行.反应机制以直接还原为主.在不改变熔炼工艺和焦耗条件下,对铁水质量、熔化率、铁水温度、风压及炉衬腐蚀等无明显影响.可使铁水成本至少降低50元/吨,而且综合节能效果明显.
