热轧带钢在输送辊道上的温度控制,多年来虽曾对各种水冷却法进行过试验,但迄今仍然是一项需要继续深化研究解决的课题。因为这一工艺过程对确保产品质量是至关重要的。带钢的金属特性及其表面氧化物的形成取决于最后一座精轧机架和卷取机之间的带钢的冷却方式。设计冷却系统须考虑若干因素,如轧制的钢种,带钢的厚度与宽度,以及最后一座机架出口侧的带钢速率和温度。
The temperature control of hot strip on conveyor rollers has been tested for various water cooling methods over the years, but so far it is still a subject that needs to be further studied and solved. Because of this process to ensure product quality is crucial. The metal characteristics of the strip and the formation of surface oxides depend on the cooling of the strip between the last finishing stand and the coiler. Cooling systems are designed with several factors in mind, such as the type of steel being rolled, the thickness and width of the strip, and the strip rate and temperature at the exit side of the last rack.
