我院1996年1月开始采用经皮穿刺麦克囊注射甘油治疗三叉神经痛，取得了较好的疗效。1临床资料1．1一般资料24例中男性15例，女性9例。年龄30～81岁，以50～70岁为多。部位以第2、3支最多（21例）。24例中无由于肿瘤引起的三叉神经痛，其中7例曾经射频治疗复发者。1．2操作方法2
Our hospital in January 1996 began using percutaneous punctured micellar injection of trigeminal neuralgia, and achieved good results. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 24 cases of male 15 cases, 9 cases of women.
