目的利用基于CT血管成像(CTA)三维重建技术构建的子宫肌瘤动脉血管网数字化三维模型,探讨子宫与子宫肌瘤的血管网特点。方法连续采集2012年1月至9月于南方医科大学南方医院接受CTA检查的72例子宫肌瘤患者的原始数据集,构建子宫肌瘤动脉血管网数字化三维模型,通过逐步调整阈值以改变模型的血管显示密度,并予透明化处理后作分析。结果成功构建了72例患者的子宫肌瘤动脉血管网数字化三维模型,该模型可清晰的显示子宫动脉及子宫肌层、子宫肌瘤的血管网,可见肌壁间、浆膜下、黏膜下子宫肌瘤的血管网轮廓与子宫血管网的相对位置不同,其中浆膜下肌瘤轮廓显示最为清晰。重建模型中存在特殊类型的肌瘤血管网。结论利用CTA和重建软件构建出的子宫肌瘤动脉血管网数字化三维模型形态逼真,可准确识别子宫肌层与子宫肌瘤的血管网,为术前评估和临床教学提供参考。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of vascular network of uterine and uterine fibroids by using digitalized three-dimensional model of arterial blood vessel network of uterine fibroids constructed by three-dimensional reconstruction of CT angiography (CTA). Methods The original datasets of 72 patients with uterine leiomyomas undergoing CTA at Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January to September 2012 were collected continuously to construct a digitalized three-dimensional model of arterial vascular network of uterine leiomyomas. The threshold value was adjusted to change the model Blood vessels showed density, and to deal with transparency analysis. Results A digital three-dimensional model of arterial blood vessel network of uterine fibroids was successfully constructed in 72 patients. This model can clearly show the vascular network of uterine artery and myometrium and uterine fibroids, showing intramural, subependymal and submucosal uterus Fibroid vascular network contour and the relative position of the uterine vascular network is different, in which the outline of the subserosal fibroids most clearly. There is a special type of fibrovascular network in the reconstruction model. Conclusions The digitalized three-dimensional model of uterine fibroids arterial network constructed by CTA and reconstruction software is vivid and can accurately identify the vascular network of myometrium and uterine fibroids, providing reference for preoperative evaluation and clinical teaching.
