对实验组和对照组各３０例脑卒中出院患者进行康复指导及非指导，并观察其疗效．方法：全部患者治疗前后运动功能采用了Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ分级评定；ＡＤＬ能力运用中国康复中心临床改良的Ｂａｔｈｅｌ指数量表．结果：３个月后指导组肢体功能和日常生活活动能力与对照组比较有明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：出院康复指导能不同程度提高患者生活质量。
The experimental group and the control group of 30 cases of stroke patients discharged for rehabilitation guidance and non-guidance, and observe its efficacy. Methods: The motor function of all patients before and after treatment was assessed by Brunnstrom grading. The ADL ability was assessed by the Bathel index scale clinically modified by China Rehabilitation Center. Results: After 3 months, the limb function and activities of daily living in the guiding group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Discharge and recovery guidance can improve the quality of life of patients.
