针对大厂贫矿矿石性质,采用GZD-I型动筛跳汰机进行贫矿粗粒预选新工艺的研究.结果表明,将原矿破碎分级,其中 20~12 mm和 12~3 mm两粒级入动筛跳汰机选别,-3 mm粒级作为重产品直接与动筛跳汰机粗精矿合并的工艺不仅合理,且工艺指标好.Sn,Ph,Zn的回收率分别为93.30%,86.19%,90.23%,抛废率为38.03%.
Aiming at the properties of Dachang lean ore, a new technology of coarse pre-lean ore leaching by GZD-I moving sieve jig was studied. The results showed that the raw ore was crushed and graded, of which 20 ~ 12 mm and 12 ~ 3 mm were classified into two types of moving jig, the -3 mm fraction was directly combined with the coarse concentrate of the moving sieve jig Process is not only reasonable, and process indicators are good. The recoveries of Sn, Ph and Zn were 93.30%, 86.19% and 90.23% respectively, and the rejection rates were 38.03%.
