随着社会经济的发展,新时期的人才价值观也在发生深刻变化,教育改革过程中素质教育的呼声和意识便越来越强;美术课的教学实践以构建审美教育理念为主题,正在向已是刻不容缓。审美教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,美术欣赏是审美教育具体实施的核心课程。从以审美愉悦为主的感性欣赏拓展的一种科学理性的鉴赏,这更有利于学生创造力的培养。把小学美术欣赏课程拓展为美术鉴赏的课程的改革存在教育观念与课程定位、教材与教法等问题。通过解决这些问题提高学生的审美素质,把美术鉴赏课的教学最高目标确定在提高和培养学生创造力上。
