人类衰老是自然规律,是不可抗拒的,但是延缓衰老却是人类能做到的。古人云:“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒”,人类衰老也不是一朝一夕发生的,因此抗衰老应从预防衰老即从日常生活中做起。 首先,日常生活中应注意“养神”,就是把健脑放在首位,这样大脑便可推迟衰老,人就能健康长寿。精神长期烦燥、焦虑、忧郁、苦恼、悲伤、紧张、恐惧等就会导至内分泌紊乱,使重要脏器供血不良,组织受损,各器官就会过早衰老。特别是整日情绪不佳,天长日久,使脑血流量减少,影响大脑皮层功能,使大脑过早老化。因此应胸襟宽广,豁达大度,凡事想得开,不为七情所伤,“不以物喜,不以己悲”。我国有句名谚“坦坦无忧愁,阎王也不收”,说的就是这个道理。我国著名艺术大师刘海粟能活到百岁高龄就是因“气量大”注意了“养神”之道。
