棚室保护地因连作、周年封闭利用等原因,土地微生物结构有很大变化。首先是土壤中酸碱度发生较大变化,一些蔬菜根部分泌的特殊有机物增加,导致一些特殊微生物繁殖起来,破坏了土壤中微生物平衡,降低了肥料的有效化疗程,并诱发生理性病害。其次,土壤中的病原菌或害虫得不到有效防治。第三,一些蔬菜根部分泌的有毒物质得到积累,严重影响蔬菜生长。那么如何调节保护地土壤的生物条件才能有利于棚室蔬菜的生长呢?
