一台东方红—802型拖拉机,大修后试车时,发动机出现较重的冒蓝烟现象,这表明发动机烧机油。按常规方法,我们先检查了空气滤清器和油底壳内机油,其添加量均在规定范围内。因此,判断故障是活塞环与汽缸套贴合不好造成的,经过一段时间的磨合,烧机油的现象会逐渐消除。可是,随着磨合的不断进行,冒蓝烟现象反而更加严重了。于是,我们作拆卸检查,发现第二缸燃烧室内有严重积炭,排气门杆与气门导管的配合间隙过大,活塞环胶结、无弹性,其它缸都正常。由此,我们认为故障原因是气门杆与气门导管配合间隙过大,导致润滑气门杆等部位的机油流入燃烧室燃烧。因燃烧不完全产生积炭,活塞环胶结,失去弹性,降低了活塞环

So, we make a disassembly inspection and found that the second cylinder combustion chamber has a serious coke, exhaust valve stem and valve guide with the gap is too large, the piston ring cemented, inelastic, and other cylinders are normal. Therefore, we think the cause of the malfunction is excessive valve stem and valve guide clearance, resulting in lubrication of valve stems and other parts of the oil flow into the combustion chamber. As a result of incomplete combustion carbon deposition, piston ring cemented, loss of elasticity, reducing the piston ring
