1.滑菇要求的环境条件 (1)菌丝生长温度为5～35℃,最适温度是25～27℃,子实状生长所需温度因品种不同而不同,高温型为26～28℃,低温型为10—12℃。(2)菌丝生长过程中所需水份,主要是从培养料和空气中吸收,只要配制培养料含水适宜,一般都满足菌丝生长,菌丝生长所需湿度为60～70%,子实体生长期要求湿度80～90℃。
