“秦美”猕猴桃是陕西省猕猴桃生产的主栽品种,目前种植面积3万多亩,预计“八五”末发展到10万亩。果实贮藏过程中最主要的问题是果肉变软和果实失水引起果皮皱缩。本试验在1991年初步试验的基础上,进一步探讨MA(Modified atmosphere)贮藏方法和乙烯吸收剂对果实贮藏的影响及其在商业化贮藏中应用的可能性。
“Qin Mei” Kiwifruit is the main cultivated variety of kiwifruit in Shaanxi Province. Currently, it has an area of more than 30,000 mu. It is estimated that the end of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” will reach 100,000 mu. The most important problem in the storage of fruits is that the flesh softens and the fruit is dehydrated, causing the skin to shrink. Based on the preliminary tests in 1991, this experiment further explored the influence of modified atmosphere storage and ethylene absorbent on fruit storage and the possibility of their application in commercial storage.
