近年来,随着工会经济实力的不断增强,工会经审工作的任务也日趋繁重。为进一步提高工会经审工作整体水平,更好地服务工会工作全局,西安市总工会经审办围绕如何补短板、推进开发区工会经审工作全覆盖这一课题,采取了问卷调查和实地调研相结合、实施审计和座谈交流一并进行的方式,展开了集中调研,并根据存在的问题进行专题研讨,形成了着力推进工会经审工作全覆盖,规避和防范违纪风险的工作思路。基于这一基本思路,提出进一步提高开发区工会经审工作的建议和对策。
In recent years, as the economic strength of trade unions continues to increase, the task of trade unions to undergo judical work has also become increasingly burdensome. In order to further improve the overall level of trade unions’ trial work and serve the overall situation of the trade unions better, the Xi’an Federation of Trade Unions has conducted a survey on how to make up the shortfall and promote the full coverage of trade unions in the TEDA through surveys and audits. Research combined with the implementation of the audit and informal exchange conducted together, conducted a focus on research and seminars based on existing problems, formed efforts to promote full coverage of trade unions by trial work, to avoid and prevent disciplinary risks of work train of thought. Based on this basic idea, suggestions and countermeasures for further improving the work of judging trade unions in development zones are put forward.
