钙离子拮抗剂与地高辛配伍可用于治疗心功能不全合并心律失常等心脏病,但二者合用时,钙离子桔抗剂可改变地高辛的药代动力学过程。异博定可降低地高辛的清除率,主要是降低肾清除率。而使地高辛血药浓度增加,生物半衰期延长。硫氮(艹卓)酮与异博定的作用相似,只是作用强度较弱;硝苯吡啶基本不改变地高辛的药代动力学过程。但对硫氮(艹卓)酮与硝苯吡啶的作用也有不同的报道。因此建议在联合用药时要对地高辛血药浓度进行监测,以确保用药的安全性。
