领导艺术,是指领导者在一定的科学知识和经验基础之上实施正确领导的一种非规范化的有创造性的领导手段和方法。行政管理中,领导者对人、对事,对环境关系的处理均应运用不同的艺术手法,才能造成和谐、有效的工作体系,以保证部门机器的正常运转。
Leadership art refers to a non-standard and creative leadership means and methods for leaders to implement the correct leadership based on certain scientific knowledge and experience. In administration, leaders should apply different artistic methods to deal with people, things and the environment so as to create a harmonious and effective working system so as to ensure the normal operation of departmental machines.
