采用了激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对滇西中二叠世微古植物疑源类化石的超微结构进行了新的尝试研究 ,获得了有关这些微体化石的内部质地结构和构造方面的一些新认识 .这一初步结果显示了激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在化石研究上的新开拓 .
A laser scanning confocal microscope was used to study the ultrastructure of the microfossils from the Middle Permian microfossils in Western Yunnan, and some new understandings about the texture and structure of these microfossils were obtained This preliminary result shows the new development of laser scanning confocal microscopy in fossil research.
