目前国内大多数厂矿仍靠人工来拧紧和拆卸各种大、中型机械设备上的大直径螺帽(S=41～185cm)。由于日常检修、维护工作频繁,用土办法操作,拧紧力矩多少不知,松紧程度不一,这样容易导致设备振动及噪音,带来不良后果。 用电动和气动扳手进行操作,虽可弥补一部分欠缺,但电动扳手只适用于小螺帽的装拆,大一点的扭矩就达不到要求。
