速尿(又名呋喃苯胺酸、利尿磺胺)为强效速效利尿剂,但我科曾遇到4例在利尿的同时引起尿潴留的情况,现报告如下。病例报告例1 男,57岁。因活动后心慌、心累、气喘10余年,双下肢浮肿伴夜间阵发性呼吸困难3天于1987年10月8日入院。诊断为风湿性心脏病、房颤和心衰。入院后给予静注西地兰、口服双氢克尿塞、静滴青霉寨抗感染以及对症治疗,症状好转,但双下胶浮肿未减轻。入院后第3日起每日肌注1次速
