患者,女,20岁,因原发性闭经就诊。患者系第4胎顺产,智力稍差。出生时其母36岁,父43岁。其父母与患者的3个同胞外表、智力均正常。体检:身高142cm,体重50kg,面容无特殊,耳位和后发际正常,无蹼颈。胸围90cm,乳头间距22cm,乳房发育差,乳头发育不良,无腋毛及阴毛。外生殖器幼女型。肛查盆腔内触及索条状物,大小约3.5×1×1cm,质硬,活动,双侧附件未触及。B超检查提示子宫缺如。
Patient, female, 20 years old, due to primary amenorrhea treatment. The patient was born on the 4th birth, with a slightly lower intelligence. At birth, her mother is 36 years old and her father is 43 years old. Their parents and patients with three siblings appearance, intelligence are normal. Physical examination: height 142cm, weight 50kg, no special face, ear and hair normal, no webbed neck. Bust 90cm, nipple spacing 22cm, poor breast development, dysplasia, no armpit hair and pubic hair. External genital girl type. Rectal examination of the pelvic anus touching the strip, the size of about 3.5 × 1 × 1cm, hard quality, activities, bilateral attachments not touched. B-ultrasound revealed absence of the uterus.
