目的探讨自锁托槽矫治器结合前牙平导矫治内倾性深覆的临床效果。方法选择内倾性深覆32例(男15例,女17例),年龄12～15岁,均采用自锁托槽矫治技术结合前牙平导打开咬合,通过X线头影测量对矫治前及咬合打开后的测量结果进行分析。结果下前牙明显压低,上、下后牙均有伸长,下颌平面角增大。结论自锁托槽矫治器结合前牙平导能快速有效地矫治内倾性深覆。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-ligating brackets appliance combined with anterior flat guide in the treatment of deep carapace. Methods Thirty-two patients (15 males and 17 females) were enrolled in this study. Their ages ranged from 12 to 15 years old. All patients were treated with self-ligating brackets and the anterior mandibular guide to open bite. Bite opened after the measurement results were analyzed. Results lower anterior teeth significantly lower, upper and lower posterior teeth are elongated, mandibular plane angle increases. Conclusion Self-ligating brackets combined with anterior flat lead can quickly and effectively correct the deep medial carapace.
