利用X射线衍射及透射电镜对单辊旋淬法制备的具有良好韧性的Al Ni Y合金条带进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,合金成分不同 ,其组织结构也不同。当快凝Al91Ni7Y2 合金时 ,可形成由部分非晶和部分晶体组成的复合材料 ,此材料结构为 :纳米级Al晶体均匀弥散分布在非晶基体上。
The Al Ni Y alloy strip with good toughness prepared by single roller spin-quenching method was studied by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the alloy has different structure and different microstructure. When the Al91Ni7Y2 alloy is rapidly solidified, a composite material composed of partially amorphous and partially crystalline materials can be formed. The structure of the material is that the nano-sized Al crystals are evenly dispersed on the amorphous matrix.
