目的观察无创持续正压通气治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的疗效。方法160例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,随机分为常规治疗组和无创持续正压通气组,无创持续正压通气组在常规治疗基础上加用无创持续正压通气治疗,观察通气前后心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR),平均动脉压(MAP)及血气分析(pH、PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2)的变化及临床症状的改善情况。结果无创持续正压通气治疗后,患者呼吸困难明显改善,生命体征很快稳定,血气分析指标明显好转。结论对各种不同原因引起的妊娠期高血压疾病,无创持续正压通气能及时有效的改善患者的临床症状及低氧血症,是抢救妊娠期高血压疾病的有效措施。
Objective To observe the curative effect of non-invasive continuous positive pressure ventilation on hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 160 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and noninvasive sustained positive pressure ventilation group. Noninvasive continuous positive pressure ventilation group was treated with non-invasive continuous positive pressure ventilation on the basis of conventional treatment. The heart rate (HR ), Respiration rate (RR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and blood gas analysis (pH, PaO2, SaO2 and PaCO2) and the clinical symptoms were analyzed. Results Non-invasive continuous positive pressure ventilation treatment, patients with significant improvement in dyspnea, vital signs quickly stabilized, blood gas analysis was significantly improved. Conclusion It is an effective measure to rescue the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and improve the clinical symptoms and hypoxemia in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and noninvasive continuous positive pressure ventilation caused by various causes.
