在我国法律教育的发展进程中,少数民族的法律意识和法律教育有待进一步加强和完善,新实施的法律人才培养计划为我国少数民族的法律人才培养指明了发展的方向和前进的道路,这也有利于解决少数民族地区法律人才短缺的问题。随着现代社会主义和谐社会建设的快速进行,少数民族的法律人才培养与我国法治的建设有着密不可分的联系。本文着重于分析西双版纳职业技术学院的法律人才培养状况,对学校的教学方式、师资队伍的形成及法治法规的建设进行新的探索。
In the course of the development of legal education in our country, the law awareness and law education of ethnic minorities need to be further strengthened and perfected. The newly-launched legal personnel training program points out the direction of development and the way forward for the legal personnel training of ethnic minorities in our country. This will help solve the problem of shortage of legal personnel in ethnic minority areas. With the rapid development of the construction of a modern socialist harmonious society, the cultivation of legal personnel of ethnic minorities is inextricably linked with the construction of the rule of law in our country. This article focuses on the analysis of the cultivation of legal professionals in Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College and makes a new exploration of the teaching methods, formation of teaching staff and the construction of laws and regulations in schools.
