一、解决剥包的迫切性杂交水稻制种不育系包颈问题,是我省多年一直尚未解决的一大难题,也是全国杂交水稻制种急待解决和进行探讨的问题之一。今年在县农场16.9亩杂交水稻制种攻关试验中,产量2673.3斤,平均亩产158.2斤,最高亩产265.1斤(面积2.1亩)。初步解决了杂交水稻制种的母本包颈现象。今年我县农场杂交水稻制种已不再进行剥包,并在七个小区对比试验中,经三次反复鉴定,效果显著。一笔经济帐:以割叶为例,今年农场每亩割一次叶要花6~8元雇请劳力,而剥包更费时、费工,要反复剥2~3次才能完成。因此,要彻底完成一亩面积的剥包就得花15~20
