目的对某市9家蓄电池生产企业进行职业卫生调查,了解蓄电池企业职业性铅接触危害现状,为采取具体干预措施提供科学依据。方法调查企业职业卫生现状,检测作业场所空气中铅浓度,对铅职业接触人群进行尿铅和血常规检测。结果某市的蓄电池企业生产规模小,自动化程度低,生产设备和防护设施简陋,空气中铅检测合格率仅为36.4%,尿铅超过诊断值0.58μmol/L者达59.1%。结论蓄电池生产企业铅的职业危害十分严重,采取综合防治措施,加强铅职业危害的干预已刻不容缓。
Objective To investigate the occupational health status of nine battery manufacturers in a city to understand the current status of occupational lead exposure in battery enterprises and to provide a scientific basis for taking specific intervention measures. Methods The status quo of occupational health in enterprises was investigated. The lead concentrations in air of workplaces were detected. Urinary lead and blood routine tests were performed on exposed workers exposed to lead. Results The battery manufacturing enterprises in a certain city had small scale of production, low automation, simple production facilities and protective facilities. The passing rate of lead in the air was only 36.4% and the urinary lead exceeded the diagnostic value of 0.58μmol / L by 59.1%. Conclusion The occupational hazards of lead in battery manufacturing enterprises are very serious. It is urgent to adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures to strengthen the occupational hazards of lead.
