酒精生产中需要大量排放酒精塔釜水,其污染物含量较高,企业废水治理负担沉重,这是各酒精生产企业最为棘手的环保难题。近年来国内不少玉米酒精生产企业将塔釜水原液蒸发浓缩,形成浓液后喷入副产物玉米蛋白粉饲料(DDGS)中混合,经烘干机烘干后获得最终产品;但此方法能耗较大,产品色泽深暗,经济效益不佳,也不能消化所有塔釜水。最近笔者将酒精塔釜水的浓缩液作为黏合剂应用于复混肥生产,做了一些有益的探索,进行了一些相关试验,试验规模为60 t/a。现介绍如下。
