成都市龙潭人民公社,位于成都市的东郊,是由原来该市的龙潭、保和、成华三个乡合并建立起来的。这三个乡原有四十个农业生产合作社,和“红星”、“花果”两个国营农场。全公社共有13,948户,61,200人,是一个乡社合一的模范较大的人民公社之一。全社土地共约77,000亩,位置处在川西平原东部的丘陵地带,土地肥沃,大小堰塘很多,有东山灌溉渠道密布在全社的每一
The Chengdu Longtan People’s Commune, located in the eastern suburbs of Chengdu, was established by combining the three townships of Longtan, Baohe and Chenghua in the city. There are forty agricultural production cooperatives in the three townships, and two state farms, Red Star and Huaguo. There are 13,948 households and 61,200 people in the whole communes, which is one of the larger models of the people’s communes where the township and community are united. The total area of the company is about 77,000 mu. The location is in the hilly area in the eastern part of the western Sichuan Plain. The land is fertile, there are many ponds in size, and there are Dongshan irrigation channels in the entire company.
