依靠挖掘内地优秀主持人,而在香港电视业竞争中出尽风头的凤凰卫视近来越发风光无限。鲁豫、许戈辉已毫无疑问地成为了”凤凰”的强档之星。这多少让香港电视人看到了利用内地人才资源的重要性。这不,已在竞争中渐露颓势的香港亚洲电视台近日与广东省宝光有限公司在东莞创立了“广东亚视演艺专修学院”,期望利用内地的雄厚师资培养出属于自己的明星。
