建立了高效液相色谱法测定26%辛·高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油中辛硫磷和高效氯氟氰菊酯含量的方法。方法的准确度高、精密度好,变异系数为辛硫磷0.09%,高效氯氟氰菊酯0.97%,回收率为辛硫磷99.2%～101.2%,高效氯氟氰菊酯99.2%～100.2%。方法快速、简便、准确。
A method for the determination of phoxim and lambda-cyhalothrin in 26% synergistic cyhalothrin EC was established by HPLC. The method has high accuracy and good precision. The coefficient of variation is 0.09% for phoxim and 0.97% for lambda-cyhalothrin. The recoveries are 99.2% ~ 101.2% for phoxim and 99.2% ~ 100.2 for lambda-cyhalothrin %. The method is fast, easy and accurate.
