Ten (male, 8 female, 2) healthy volunteers aged 38.4 ± 18.6 years and weighing 51.1 ± 4.8 kg with normal liver function were given 450 mg of rifampin 30 minutes before breakfast each morning and 400 mg of isoniazid 30 minutes after a meal. Blood samples were taken intravenously 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours after medication on Days 1, 14, 21, 28 and 56, respectively, and the levels of Rifampin (RFP) and metabolites (DR) Concentration, the concentration of RFP in serum C and time t the relationship C = A (e ~ (-k_et) -e ~ (-k_2t)), the pharmacokinetic parameters are nonlinear least square regression
