目的对新疆地产黑加仑和蓝靛果的降脂作用进行研究,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。方法用蛋黄乳剂腹腔注射法制备高脂血症家兔,然后耳静脉分别注射黑加仑和蓝靛果提取液,24h后耳静脉取血,检测血脂指标。结果注射两种提取液的家兔血清总胆固醇(T-CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)恢复正常水平,载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)和载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)则无明显变化。结论用蛋黄乳剂腹腔注射法建立高脂血症模型家兔是较为理想的方法,黑加仑和蓝靛果提取液对家兔高脂血症有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To study the lipid-lowering effect of Xinjiang real estate black currant and Lonicera edulis fruit and provide basis for its further development and utilization. Methods Rabbits with hyperlipidemia were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of egg yolk emulsion, then the black currant and Lonicera edulis extract were injected into the ear vein, and the blood was collected from the ear vein 24 hours later. Results The levels of total cholesterol (T-CHOL), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly decreased in rabbits injected with the two extracts. The levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) Return to normal levels, apolipoprotein A (Apo-A) and apolipoprotein B (Apo-B) no significant change. Conclusion The rabbit model of hyperlipidemia was established by intraperitoneal injection of egg yolk emulsion. Rabbits with black currant and Lonicera edulis had good therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.
