一、岗位责任制:明确岗位职责,以使全固各部门各行其事,各司其职。这是各项规章制度的核心,抓好它,其他制度的执行才有保证。岗位责任制包括园长、教师、保育员、清洁工及卫生保健、事务、财务、门卫、厨房等各个工种岗位的具体职责要求。二、办公制度:包括考勤、请假、调休补休、交接班、值班等具体要求和实施细则。三、备课、听课和教研活动制度:包括教师备课、相互听课和参加教研活动的具体要求
