为了推动中国电信网上电信新业务的发展,交流各地邮电部门电信新业务开发和应用的经验,配合邮电运营部门不失时机地大力开发新业务,繁荣电信市场,在邮电部电信总局的大力支持下,邮电部科技情报中心和天津市邮电管理局决定于1995年5月下旬在天津市共同举办“’95中国电信新业务应用与发展”研讨会,届时还将举办电信新业务终端设备演示会。 此次研讨会的主要内容是: 1.如何利用中国公用分组交换网(CHINAPAC)和DDN积极开展数据通信业务(E-mail、EDI、Videotex);
In order to promote the development of new business of China Telecom’s online telecom network and share experiences in the development and application of new telecommunications business in post and telecom departments across the country, cooperating with the post and telecom operators in losing no time in vigorously developing new businesses and prospering the telecommunications market, with the strong support from the General Administration of Posts and Telecommunications Ministry of Science and Technology Information Center and the Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Administration decided in late May 1995 in Tianjin jointly organized the “95 China Telecom new business applications and development” seminar, will also hold a telecoms new business terminal equipment demonstration.
